This is a view of the corner of Cordova and King Street in St. Augustine, Florida after it rained. On the near right is the Old City Inn where I stayed in downtown St. Augustine. On the far right is the beautiful Casa Monica, and on the left is the Lightner Museum. This was painted just after I returned from my EnTrain Air painting trip to St Augustine.

This is a view of one of the Beachcomber Cottages on Vilano Beach, looking back from the walkway that leads over the dunes to the sandy beach. I spent 3 days in Vilano Beach before returning to Camachee Harbor for another 5 days. During my EnTrain Air painting trip to St Augustine, Florida my goal was to do a painting each day. With the sound of the waves, and the ocean right behind me it's a great day to paint outdoors.

This is a sketch painted in a court yard at the Lightner Museum. I stayed in downtown in the historic district for 10 days during my EnTrain Air painting trip to St Augustine, Florida. I went south hoping to paint outdoors, but I was glad I had my winter jacket on this day because it was cold and rainy.
